For the industrialization of products, we at Streparava, rely on an internal team which supports all the Group's facilities. A centralized function, dedicated to study the feasibility and engineering definition of all industrial processes needed to achieve the final product respecting the delivery conditions discussed with the client.

Other than the study, research and definition of the processes and technologies needed to realize the final product, the various components -finished, raw, semifinished, to be ordered, to be purchased or transformed - are defined, starting from complex bases, to the supplying conditions - fastening, packaging and delivery time.

Among our strong points, we have the ability to always find the right technology to be employed, based on the final product, and standardized processes shared among all the Group's facilities. But we're also a worldwide company, thanks to our operational headquarters in Spain, India, Brazil, which allows us to be close to our client, ready to deliver to their facilities.

For us in Streparava, lean thinking is the core of our philosophy. The principles of lean manufacturing rule all industrial processes studied, defined and applied in all of the Group's facilities.
