When the idea becomes the product

The prototype is the concrete realization of the idea, which becomes a product. The realization of each prototype represents a fundamental moment in the passage from the research, validation and development phase to the production process design phase, and its industrialization, conceived here in Streparava as a single development flow.

Knowing the strategic importance of the prototyping division, in Streparava we have renewed this department, which now has an area of 450m2 with restricted access, to guarantee the necessary confidentiality.
The prototyping department includes an area dedicated to mechanical manufacture, a control quality room and a separate area dedicated to the assembly.

3 and 5 axis machining centres, turning and milling machines with numerical controls and self-learning, tangential and plain corrections, all utilized by highly qualified and experienced personnel to execute manufacturing to be applied in the prototyping area: this is what allows us to guarantee the best realization and delivery timing for prototypes, without forgetting the division's organizational structure based on lean flows and a strategic management of all suppliers involved.
