It all starts with an idea or a problem to solve. Streparava gets involved from the very beginning: working with customers to co-design components, it defines their geometry, refines their shape to simplify manufacturing and identifies the most effective solutions from the outset. Streparava doesn’t wait until the design is complete to get involved: it develops the product together with the customer.
Design is followed by prototype production within the Streparava Group’s dedicated division and then by bench testing. Validation cycles are agreed with the customer to assess the design and the quality of the manufacturing process, testing every detail under the component’s various operating conditions.
Then comes production: aluminium and sheet metal components, precision machining, grinding, heat and surface treatments and welding. These capabilities are brought together and coordinated under one roof to deliver a complete product.
Quality isn’t something checked only at the end: it’s built into every stage. Every critical component is traceable from production through to final assembly, leaving no gaps in system safety and reliability.
The final stage in the production chain is also the most visible: assembly of the complete suspension system. Streparava combines components manufactured in-house with those sourced from carefully selected specialist partners, managing procurement and the supply chain with the same attention to detail it gives the product itself. The result is a fully coordinated production chain, from the first sketch through to delivery.
