The Streparava Approach

Series Production

Industrialising products for series production.

This is the stage when the project enters production: the prototype becomes a stable, repeatable and scalable production system. Everything developed up to this point must now work consistently without compromising precision.

Streparava starts series production with the processes, production lines and capacity already defined to meet the required volumes. Production is organised by product line, with each line designed around the characteristics of the component.

When a project requires it, the company invests in dedicated equipment, technologies and facilities, introducing new manufacturing processes where necessary. Manufacturing capacity grows with the programme: from small runs of a few thousand parts a year to production volumes of several hundred thousand parts annually, while handling highly complex components, processes and bills of materials.

Dedicated production lines.

Every manufacturing programme calls for a different balance of specialisation, automation and flexibility.
Depending on production volumes and product complexity, Streparava assesses whether to build lines around a specific production process for a single product or use more flexible lines capable of handling different part numbers.

There is no standard configuration: Streparava assesses whether to build new lines or use existing production capacity based on the product, the stability of production volumes and the degree of specialisation required, without forcing any project into a predefined model.

Production and supply chain.

The success of a manufacturing programme also depends on building a reliable supply chain around it. Alongside its in-house manufacturing operations, Streparava identifies and selects suppliers for components or processes requiring specialist expertise that it doesn’t have in-house.
Every supplier is assessed for quality, reliability and production capacity: those that meet Streparava’s requirements become partners integrated into its processes.

Streparava operates as a single, coordinated system even when production, procurement and logistics span different countries, sites and markets.

It follows the project wherever needed, without rigid boundaries between production sites.
Across its Best Cost Countries (BCCs), local supply chains and regional capabilities become part of the same operation, supporting each programme from the earliest stages of industrialisation.
