New geometries, extreme performance.
In the premium passenger car and motorcycle segments, performance is measured in grams, friction and milliseconds. Every reduction in mass changes the engine’s response. Every reduction in resistance improves performance.
This is where Streparava comes in, rethinking how components are designed. It uses titanium and additive manufacturing to expand the range of possible geometries and place material precisely where it’s needed: according to the stresses encountered in service.

The figures speak for themselves: a connecting rod with 15% less mass than its forged titanium equivalent and 45% less than its forged steel equivalent.
In motorcycles, friction is another critical factor: Streparava develops valvetrain components for ultra-high-performance motorcycles with exceptionally low surface roughness and specialist coatings such as DLC.
The result is a lighter, more powerful engine capable of reaching exceptionally high engine speeds: it can withstand extreme stresses without compromising reliability.
